Charity Day 2025
Thank you so much to everyone who came along to support our Charity Day, both the bowlers and the spectators!
Your generosity, enthusiasm, and presence made the day truly special. We are thrilled to share that, thanks to your support, we raised an incredible £418!
This amount will be donated to the Guide Dogs for the Blind, the charity nominated by the winner Charlie. Your contributions will go towards supporting their vital work in providing independence and companionship to those who are visually impaired.
Once again, thank you for making the day such a success — we couldn’t have done it without you!

Green Opens Today
The green is looking absolutely fantastic – lush, well-maintained, and ready for action! A few keen members have already been out enjoying it, taking part in the first roll-up of the year. It's a great start to what promises to be an exciting season.
If you haven't made it down yet, now’s the perfect time to dust off your bowls, head up to the club, and get in a bit of practice. Whether you're shaking off the winter cobwebs or just looking to enjoy a friendly game, there’s no better way to ease back into the swing of things.
Also, don’t forget to check the noticeboard and get your name down for the first few matches of the season. It's a great opportunity to reconnect with fellow members, enjoy some competitive fun, and make the most of the great conditions on the green.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
London Welsh 2025
Wexham was absolutely delighted to host the London Welsh Bowls Association for a wonderful afternoon of bowls, friendship, and sunshine. It was a perfect day for a friendly match, and the atmosphere was filled with good spirits and warm camaraderie.
We were especially pleased to welcome not only our guests from the London Welsh Bowls Association but also a number of former Wexham members who have since moved away. It was a real treat to see familiar faces back on the green, sharing stories and laughter as if no time had passed.
The game itself was played in great spirit, with plenty of good-natured competition and mutual encouragement throughout. Following the match, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal together, accompanied by drinks and plenty of lively conversation. It was the perfect way to round off a memorable afternoon.
A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We look forward to many more shared afternoons like this in the future!
